The Four Bridges Community Development Corporation (FBCDC), Inc. is a non-profit community-based development organization located in Sumter, SC. The base location for the FBCDC, Inc. is headquartered in northern Sumter County in the Dalzell area and surrounding communities in the 29040 zip code area. The FBCDC, Inc. has partnered with the St. Mark (4B) Missionary Baptist Church to serve as the base headquarters and to help the organization carry out its goals and mission.
